Abstract

Many retail business management information system needs of the most urgent is to solve business operations management, product promotion and marketing issues.Long the subject of Turner designed the company’s retail business enterprise management information system in the mainstream business management systems based on technology integration and innovation, and make full use of the mobile information technology, ERP (enterprise resource planning) and retail enterprise management process combination of electronic commerce, maximize the potential of the retail management system in business operations role in the process.In the corporate culture and marketing products fusion of publicity in this subject area of mobile communications short message communication technology, mobile phone users within the designated areas will be issued automatically receive various promotional text messages. In the design of e-commerce online shopping in the traditional model based on the SMS integration and small commodities trading functions to achieve the all-weather, automatic SMS marketing. Within the enterprise management and customer care aspects of the SMS interactive system design, the system can regularly issued notices, announcements or holiday season. This is the traditional commercial and retail management systems can not be achieved by a large number of mobile communication technology, can achieve better customer care and business information, enhance the core competitiveness of the retail business.
