Abstract


In the last two decades, China National Petroleum Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as China Petroleum) has accumulated large amouts of information during the construction of various management data and professional technical data, and has established a variety of applications. However, most China petroleum information system are constructed separately by different branches, as the indendent projects. Therefore, every system has a small investment, without uniform and uneven development, but with high duplication. Although China petroleum’s overall investment in the information construction of the is very high (China National Petroleum Science and Technology Information Department survey showed that: Every year China’s oil investment in information technology in general more than 100 million U.S. dollars), but the Group-level management information system construction is still weak in comparison with other advanced transnational oil companies.With the global economic recovery, China petroleum need to introduce the advanced management ideas and tools to transform traditional businesses in order to catch the opportunity to respond to the challenges of economic globalization. in the fiercely competitive market.(1) I design Northwest Chemical Sale Corparation’s ERP network architecture,which using the VPN technique,database clustering technique. It highly enhances the network utilization rate and the software capability。Besides, it arrests the virus invading through virus defensing implementation and right limitaion.(2) I designed northwest chemical sales company ERP project of network structure, using VPN technology and database technology, in actual use effectively improve the performance of the network usage and software, and through the virus prevention measures and privileges of design effective prevent virus intrusion.(3) successfully completed the FMIS (Finance Management System) System data in ERP System to the static and dynamic data conversion. Until now, ERP system data and practical business accounting data, ERP system completely consistent with FMIS balance and accurate.Based on the design and application of VPN technology, database IPSec cluster technology, virus protection, business intelligence technology in the practical project, and results were analyzed.
