Abstract


Offshore water monitoring environmental parameters and predict technology is a powerful technical support , development of marine resources and the effective protection of the marine environment and comprehensive marine management plays an important role in the development of marine economy . To meet the long-term offshore water environment parameters , real-time monitoring of the demand for offshore water environment parameters of a small amount of data , it is not easy to accurately monitoring and early warning , oriented offshore marine environment, combined with the water environment parameters cluster analysis statistical process control (SPC) and offshore water environment parameter monitoring system based on the SPC was designed according to the method for a research and demonstration . This paper to complete the main research work are as follows : 1 . Analysis of recent sea water body environment parameters of data characteristics , commonly used water environment parameter monitoring methods , the establishment of offshore water environment parameters SPC dynamic model to be able to detect tiny fluctuations in the EWMA control charts to achieve water environment parameters of process monitoring . The small amount of data for the offshore water environment parameters , is not easy to precisely monitor SPC monitoring method combined with the water environment parameters clustering analysis oriented offshore marine environment , and the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methods to solve the water environment parameter EWMA chart clustering problem . 3 . Elaborate offshore water environmental parameters monitoring system based on SPC design goals , design requirements and design ideas , each module functions and realization method is established in accordance with the overall design of the system . Existing criterion based on the current actual situation , combined with recent seawater environment to design the corresponding EWMA chart runaway mode criterion . 4 . Developed using the Delphi development platform based on a set of SPC offshore water environment parameter monitoring system to verify that the system based on the correctness of the SPC offshore water environment parameter monitoring method , the experimental results show that the system has a strong practical , with certain application value. In this paper, the SPC monitoring method combined with the water body environmental parameters clustering analysis , has laid a solid foundation for the to nearly sea water body environment parameter monitoring system to achieve and a good run at the same time make a contribution to the development of monitoring methods for water environmental parameters .
