Abstract

Car ad hoc network is a new kind of mobile ad hoc networks by vehicles equipped with wireless communication devices node and roadside infrastructure node, able to provide a lot of information about traffic safety, comfortable driving and entertainment applications, improve road safety conditions , comfortable and efficient driving. Characteristics of car MANET design efficient routing protocol is one of the priorities of the car from the networking research. The the existing car MANET broadcast routing protocols are generally designed for specific scenarios and vehicle density is relatively large, and in the choice of the next hop broadcast node often consider only the next hop broadcast node with on a broadcast node distance, without taking into account the influence of the movement and direction of movement of the nodes on the retransmission. This article car MANET broadcast characteristics, proposed an adaptive multi-hop broadcast routing protocols (AMB, Adaptive Multi-hop Broadcast). Join broadcast regional and broadcasting direction in the broadcast packet header making the AMB agreements can be adaptive to a variety of broadcast applications scenes; forecast additional coverage the PAC to select next hop broadcast node by considering the neighbor nodes of node mobility and movement direction, only makes the broadcast packet is capable of rapid proliferation, but also reduces the chance of a replay, reducing the broadcast overhead, and with the combination of hop broadcast acknowledgment mechanism, it is possible to effectively ensure the reliability of the broadcast. Existing car MANET unicast routing protocols are generally not considered in the choice of transmission route, road connectivity or connectivity based only on the static traffic statistics to predict the road. This article proposes an adaptive state for city car MANET perception unicast routing protocols (ASAR Adaptive State Aware Routing). ASAR agreement through fixed nodes laid at the junction to real-time access to the road vehicle density information, thereby establishing an independent road vehicle distribution restrictions delay model to estimate the transmission delay road intersection to the destination and estimated transmission The the delay dynamically select the next forwarding intersection, not only to ensure the lowest transmission delay, while ensuring the success rate of the transmission. Finally, by the NS2 and VanetMobiSim combination of the simulation method proposed in this paper AMB broadcast routing protocols and ASAR unicast routing protocol simulation analysis. The simulation results indicate that the the AMB protocol and the ASAR protocol should be better than the rest of comparing protocols, better network performance, can be applied to large-scale car MANET.
