With industrial development, social progress, requirements of the environmental quality, environmental protection was more and more widespread attentioned by the masses. Sewage treatment plant is the main mode to treatment the industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater,and it is also improving regional water quality of the effective means. However, in the construction process,there are lots of problems need to solve,although the construction side has a clear quality goals, but the lack of quality management concepts and did not expand the implementation of quality objectives,also without the method of management quality and overall planning, time, cost, relationship, waste a lot of manpower and resources,but hard to achieve the goal.This article aims to apply the project quality management theory to Suzhou Huangqiao sewage treatment plant construction projects.Through quality management to ensure the project’s quality objectives,with the application of quality management tools to verify the effect of the quality management theory used in construction projects,resolve quality problems and achieve the quality objective.First,we describe the project situation and characteristics,then combined with the quality management concepts and principles of construction project,we start to research in aera of quality control, quality assurance, quality improvement measures.Also,we analysis the quality management effectiveness in construction phase and commissioning phase, to ensure the quality objectives with the quality improvement measures and quality control systems,with the analysis of quality problems to demonstrate the use of quality management tools in the field of construction projects.
