Power powered electronic equipment , the basis for electronic devices work properly . In recent years , the electronic devices are getting smaller and smaller and the cost is getting lower and lower , which put forward higher requirements on power . Direction of power began to light, thin, high- efficiency development . Offline flyback converter its easy to implement , allow a wide input voltage and low-cost advantages , widely used in mobile phone charger , notebook adapter and monitor . The issues involved in a multi- mode offline switcher IC design . The chip to the economic and efficient way of integrated 700V power MOSFET , multi- mode PWM controller , high-voltage current source , oscillator , and a variety of protection circuits . The main content of this paper is as follows : ( 1 ) analysis of the flyback converter works , and describes the PWM control technology , modulation mode and isolation technology based design provides theoretical support . ( 2 ) design and simulation of the various sub-modules and multi-mode implementation analysis and research . ( 3) 3μm BCD technology library , the whole circuit simulation using HSPICE simulation software . (4) multi-mode characteristics of the chip the real chip testing in order to verify the correctness of the design of the chip . The design sub-module of the circuit simulation and design , analysis and research and multi - mode switch . Overall circuit simulation and real chip testing , proof chip multi - mode characteristics well , and also to verify the success of the circuit design .
