Abstract


Since the housing reform , the real estate industry rapid development , but also facing a lot of pointed questions , these problems is the performance of the inequities of the distribution of the interests of the stakeholders of the real estate industry . In this paper, the game theory and the classical theory of supply and demand to find the root cause of the imbalance in the distribution of benefits , and to find the corrective interests imbalance in the distribution of methods and ways to achieve a balance of interests . First , through the analysis and comprehensive analysis of the real estate industry stakeholder individual behavior found that the causes of the causes of this series is that the arrangements and the implementation of government housing policy - indulgence real estate speculation , and the construction of affordable housing implementation ineffective .
