Abstract


Rural financial subsidy policy is one of the important means of development of the \The implementation of this policy is important to promote the construction of new rural career , promotion of agricultural output and accelerate the realization of farmers off life . Of rural financial subsidy policy implementation in China in recent years , in the end how ? Satisfaction of the peasant masses how ? Very necessary to make an objective analysis . Based on the domestic rural truth , through research, to the satisfaction of the rural financial subsidy policy analysis to find out the problems and deficiencies . Combined with the actual background of China's current analysis of the selected type rural financial subsidies and put forward suggestions . This paper is divided into four parts in general , as follows : the first part of \Mainly on the purpose and significance of the topic , Commentary research status , setting the goal of this study , content , study concept defined routes and methods of technology , innovation and inadequate description of this study . The second part of the \First from the elasticity of supply and demand , regional development differences , developing the rural consumer market , structural adjustment angle , the necessity of the implementation of China 's rural financial subsidy policy ; followed by further widening the gap between urban and rural areas ; food supply challenges ; environmental imbalance called agricultural development the four aspects of sustainability , rural culture and economic development needs synchronization is a brief analysis of the current implementation of rural financial subsidies macro background . The third part is the focus of this article - the satisfaction of the rural financial subsidy policy analysis. \The parts of home appliances to the countryside subsidies grain subsidy policy and farm machinery purchase satisfaction and subsidies for the implementation of the subsidy policy analysis . The fourth part of the \Combined with the previous analysis of this part of the subsidies for home appliances to the countryside policy , grain subsidies , farm machinery purchase subsidy policy put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
