Abstract


2010 as the public good "prices on" shows that our current government pricing of natural monopoly industries or government guidance price mechanism has major shortcomings, but also a reflection of price supervision mechanism of the "distortions", has seriously affected the fair allocation of social resources and social harmony and stability, to the point of having to change.It should be noted that this is not to deny the government pricing of natural monopoly industries and government guidance price mechanism is reasonable, for the full "market" arrogance, but the market economy and free competition based on the theory that the pricing of public goods, even by the government or government-directed pricing, but also should follow the mechanism of free competition, its purpose is to achieve fairness and justice, public interest, rather than maintaining the interests of certain special groups.Huhehaote as the capital of Mongolia in the current price of the product in the public supervision achieves great results, there are also solved some problems, some even deeper. This article will focus on price monitoring status of Hohhot, the price of domestic and international monitoring system analysis theory and practice, and the corresponding control strategies.This framework is divided into three parts. First, by examining the 20th century,70 years the level of government price control regulatory approach by the regulatory approach to the behavior of conversion experience gained, the price of public goods, supervision of Hohhot provide useful experience. National Development and Reform Commission and then on January 4,2011 release of "anti-price monopoly regulations" and "anti-price fixing provisions of the administrative procedures" to comment on the price supervision and constraints of the system of public goods, legal and other issues of deep-seated. Finally the status of Hohhot price supervision, analyzes the reasons for problems, and proposed a "strengthening of institutional innovation, and strengthen the routine supervision, to accelerate information, improve price hearing procedures, team building" and other management strategies.
