Abstract


China's iron and steel industry as a milestone in China jumped to the world's first steel-producing countries in 1996 , has since achieved sustained rapid development , which produced a significant increase of the demand for iron ore , but far from China's domestic iron ore production demand for raw materials to meet domestic steel prices , which led China to import large quantities of iron ore products . According to statistics, in 2010, China's dependence on foreign iron ore reached 62.5% . In fact , since 2003 , retaining its position as the world's iron ore imports in the world , but in the formulation of the international iron ore prices in China has always not been commensurate with the right to speak with its own market position . With the increase in import demand , China's iron ore import prices are rising , the huge market demand have become a burden . In this context , this paper present situation and problems of China 's international trade in iron ore , as well as the international iron ore pricing mechanism , to find the reason for the lack of the right to speak in the international trade of iron ore in China . Fully learn from the Japanese experience to grasp the international pricing of iron ore , China's response to the suggestions of the iron ore trade . This paper is divided into five chapters. Account of the article research background, significance and possible innovations . The second chapter summarizes the research results of the iron ore pricing mechanism theory, market theory . Chapter specific analysis of the present situation and problems of China's iron ore trade , that is passive price taker status , and analyzes the reasons for its formation . Chapter annual international iron ore price negotiation mechanism , focusing on the play to the adverse effects of this mechanism on our right to speak . Went on to explain the reasons for such adverse effects . And thereafter fully summarize the experience of Japan to master the international pricing of learn from . Promote industrial restructuring, promote the diversification of the origin of the iron ore in the fifth chapter , regulate the domestic price of the order and the use of their own needs status enhanced pricing recommendations .
