Abstract


With the development of the domestic economy and the improvement of people's living standards , a large number of old -enterprise units is an urgent need to upgrade their own hardware , resulting in a large number of reconstruction projects . The renovation project is different from the general New Project , the complexity of the project management , need to consider factors such as the old and new facilities or equipment with compatible technology is complex , the process is more vulnerable to inefficient management , project cost unrealistically high , the project is difficult to control problems . In this paper, the case of the transformation of the community-based hypermarket H Supermarket old warehouse-style supermarket , a complete design of the project should be carried out in the H supermarket transformation process , the whole process management solutions , to discuss the project of reconstruction projects the means and methods of project management theory and technology . H supermarkets transformation projects overall the whole process of management as well as full package system design , the application of modern project management theory class supermarket transformation projects . Adjust the application of project management theory through a combination of the supermarket features and operating characteristics of the industry , to discuss the project management techniques can be used in the renovation project project management and planning ideas for other types of transformation projects to provide a theory and practice an example of a combination of , thus contributing to enhance the the engineered class project project management level and reduce the difficulty of the transformation of engineering project management .
