Abstract


In the multi-party cooperation system with Chinese characteristics , the status of the democratic parties increasingly Participating identity in the social and public view , accept public supervision . Therefore , under the new historical period , the primary task of the democratic parties to strengthen self-construction, raise public awareness , establish a public image . Democratic parties is an urgent need to introduce advanced management experience , as a means of communication and purpose to achieve the self-construction of a new leap forward . This paper describes the importance of the management of the communication mechanism of management communication theory research trends and democratic parties to build , analyze the existing problems of the democratic parties and internal management communication in Dalian City , as well as factors that affect communication effectiveness , characteristics for democratic parties , the Dalian City, democratic parties a proposal to build management communication mechanism and improve the communication effectiveness of countermeasures . The main research work includes : 1 on the management of the important role of communication in organization , especially management communication applications should not be confined in the business and public administration , expansion of the scope of management communication applications . 2 , a detailed analysis of the communication problems exist in the internal management of Dalian City, democratic parties (including internal) of the internal organs and members of democratic parties and its influencing factors . Proposed should in Dalian, democratic parties and internal the build management communication mechanism , and start from the aspects of the organization construction , management, communication environment , communication skills , communication channels , improve communication status quo . 4 , in order to complete an argument and convincing , this article uses a survey , documentary research , case studies and other methods , and strive in full possession of a large number of management communication on the basis of research data , close to suit the research object actual analysis of the problem , and develop appropriate countermeasures . The conclusions of this study Dalian City managers democratic parties how to look at the management of communication and how to improve the organizational effectiveness of internal communication has a certain significance , how to build a democratic parties of Dalian City management communication mechanism has a certain practical significance .
