Abstract


Diversification of customer needs, the traditional centralized, high-volume production model has been difficult to adapt to the modern market. As the market conform to the personalized needs of organizational structure and production tends to be more project-way operation. In the 21st century, the rapid development of high-tech fields makes the product easy to imitate, the product tends to homogenization. In order to improve competitive advantage, companies began to pay more attention to products to market faster, greatly shorten the product life cycle. The face of changing market conditions, \Companies to reduce investment risk by way of integrated enterprise outsourcing external resources, thereby reducing the investment in fixed assets. Flexibility and efficiency to become enterprises face two problems. Flexible production systems and time purchasing technology, offers the possibility of manufacturing enterprises. Companies can improve product diversity premise, while reducing product delivery time. Project-oriented enterprises, since the project is more personalized, and can not pursue economies of scale. Lean production in the global context, the project also need to peel the project according to the theory of value of some non-core activities to enhance project benefits to shorten the project duration. Firstly, the resource-constrained project scheduling problem and consider outsourcing the general scheduling problem situations were summarized. Consider outsourcing scenario with the general scheduling problem compared to the situation described considering outsourcing project scheduling problem characteristics. Since there exists a complex project activity dependencies, activity units may be fragmented outsourced some logical connections between activities, thereby increasing the contractor and coordination of information between the outsourcer and management costs. To solve this problem and to coincide with the project management practices, the need for modular operating project activities will focus on activities related to unified scheduling module, thus forming a \Using design structure matrix theories constructed a modular project network, and through outsourcing factors analysis module primaries. In the current resource-constrained project scheduling problem based on the introduction describes the outsourcing decision variables, objective function and constraints from the two aspects of the problem to build basic optimization model and its algorithm, and gives a concrete numerical example. Solving The results showed that the elimination of the modular outsourcing contractor resource bottlenecks, reducing the rate of idle resources, and thus resulting in a good synergy, so the project can effectively improve the income and reduce the size of the project duration.
