Abstract


Project management is a management process which developed in the 1960s. Since the 1970s, project management as a management science, for an important branch of the project planning, organization, implementation and control to provide effective methods and tools, has attracted widespread attention to management practice, and made an important contribution. In recent years the rapid development of Chinese telecoms industry of communication, telecom operators engineering project management level of demand is higher and higher, must be in project management absorbs the domestic and foreign advanced project management methods and techniques.This paper use the theories and knowledge of project management based on of previous studies, combinative oneself is actual work experience, explore lines, base station move to move the project schedule management, risk management methods. In practice operation by the project schedule management and risk management theory and method in project implementation process, this paper gives effective progress control and risk control, and good results were obtained, will be good reference and reference value for future work and other similar projects.This paper used in the study of literature, investigation, the access method such as analogy, empirical research. In hopes of current communication network engineering project management play reference and the role for China Mobile Chengdu Branch Optical Cable and Basic Terminal System(BTS) relocate project with strong guiding significance, operability stronger practicability papers.
