Abstract


As a micro identity in a country and a cell of national economy, the sound development of an enterprise has a bearing on the healthy and sustainable development of a country. The ethic management of an enterprise can’t only guarantee the right track of the operation but also reinforce the cohesiveness of the identity and cut down the management cost and lower the charge of the dealing as well as establish the good image in the public and enhance the competitive advantage in the market. Taking S company as the subject of the research, by means of the methods, including questionnaire investigation and non-participation observation, etc., this paper has done a deep study on the ethic management of stakeholders, including the employees of S company, the customer of S company, the setting of S company, government and society, etc. The result of the study indicates that as a pillar enterprise of Y county, S company enjoys the considerable support and acceptance of the local government and has achieved high social reputation because of the submitting of plenty of taxation and offering the positions the employment, but there still exist some ethic problems in the inner operation management, among which the most serious and the worst are that the employee in the company are not quite satisfactory and the governing of the setting is imperfect. The final cause is that the enterprise doesn’t have enough awareness of ethic management and the company is short of perfect management system and the operation has an obvious tendency towards bureaucracy. In terms of the above problems, from five aspects this paper puts forwards some measures to solve the corresponding problems, i.e. by establishing ethical values and ethical decisions and perfecting ethic management system of the enterprise and intensifying the education and training of ethic management of the operation, the aim of this paper is to advance the management of S company and make the company stride towards the goal of better management and stronger ethic awareness and more reasonable ethic constraint, which creates greater value for the company and the society.
