Abstract


In our country’s market economy booming new era, Hunan Fortune Group seized opportunities of development, constantly innovation, and gradually become a well-strengthened comprehensive enterprise group. With the group business scale, the scope of business continues to expand, financial control is facing more and more challenges.This paper survey of the domestic and international financial management of about group related research, use of financial strategic management and related theory, research for the financial control group development pattern. Group financial control mode is divided into centralized, decentralised and combination model integrating decentralization. This paper compares the characteristics of different types of control mode and the advantages and disadvantages, according to the group’s corporate culture, corporate governance and diversified management, analyzes the characteristics of the above factors on the influence of financial control model, and Nash equilibrium model analysis, find the group headquarters and subordinate unit to the financial centralization instructions, then determines different strategies for the development of the group with financial control mode integrating decentralization.In determining the financial control with integrating decentralization, this paper firstly based on the model established financial function orientation mode, through analysis the group company governance, determine the dominant function orientation of financial accreditation, and establish corresponding model of financial function adjustment system; Secondly, import group financial sharing mode, through technical support system, establish group financial sharing center; Again, through financial management system design, construction fund settlement center, planning internal bank operation system; Then, an overall budget model, establishing the two-way communication with execution patterns of budgeting, and further establish budget analysis and evaluation mechanism; Finally, based on the analysis of the financial risks, group of establishing risk control system and financial warning mechanism.Hunan Fortune Group through the establishment of the financial control mode system, improve the group as a whole, and formed complete financial ability of financial management structure and improve the group’s corporate governance status, facilitates the group continuous, healthy and rapid development.
