Abstract


At preset, the human resources is gradually going into market and the global competition for talents, it is increasing important for Enterprises to consider and plan their human resources from strategic point. It is also important to change from Personnel Management to Human Resources Management. People for the businesses is an important resource, they go to all aspects of the enterprise. Simply say is that there is no company can be called as company without people. People be needed to open up markets, people be needed for technology innovation; people be needed for capital operational, eventually the system is based on staff as the carrier. In the long-term business management process, various types of enterprises in our country is lacking of experience with human resources management. The reason is the accumulation time is too short and emphasis on human resources management is not enough, eventually leading to the basic work of human resource management is lack. The contradiction between the rapid development of enterprises and the lack of human resources has become increasingly prominent.This paper described the concept of human resource planning and the contents involved on theoretical, and detailed analysis the manpower affecting f internal and external environment of A’s human resources planning. A’s human resource needs of enterprises are analyzed through a combination A’s corporate strategy objective and status of human resources. Then, using the Markov model to forecast the supply of A Human Resources and made a forecast of a 5-year future human resource planning of A company. Finally, to ensure the implementation of human resource planning and business strategy goals development the organizational structure of human resources planning and implementation, implementation steps and the implementation of control methods. Through the planning study of A company’s human resources, to provide a reference the company’s human resources planning in the next five years, but also provide reference for the human resource planning to the furniture industry.
