Abstract


Advanced manufacturing technology is an important symbol to measure a country's level of technological development and application of advanced manufacturing technology , in large part , on behalf of the level of a country's industrial development . However , the introduction of advanced manufacturing technology does not automatically effective , it needs to have the appropriate organizational structure to match , in order to maximize the advantages of AMT . The organizational structure has always been the focus of the business organization and management studies . From the straight - line system to the network organization , the organizational structure of innovation has never been stopped before . Innovative research in the organizational structure of the AMT , with a strong theoretical and practical significance . First of all, this paper describes the What is the Definition and characteristics of advanced manufacturing technology and specific application of advanced manufacturing technology enterprises ; pointed out the conflict between the advanced manufacturing technology with the traditional organizational model , discussed the specific requirements of advanced manufacturing technology on organizational structure and innovative direction . Secondly , combined with the actual situation of of AMT enterprises in China , research and analysis of the composition of the innovative power system by the application of advanced manufacturing technology enterprise organizational structure , as well as lead to advanced manufacturing technology, enterprise organizational structure innovative three specific patterns and their relationship to each other . And summarizes the four types of power lead to the organizational structure of enterprises innovation according to the characteristics of the AMT enterprise . Again of limited AMT enterprise organization structure innovation complexity and innovation process to generate emerged mechanism according to the complexity of the innovation process , and emerging understanding of the general process of innovation in organizational structure and proposed an adaptive robust control aspects of the organizational structure of the innovation process model . Finally, the AMT enterprise the Organizational Innovation atmosphere and individual innovation behavior of empirical research on the impact of the organizational structure of innovation in the form of a questionnaire . Innovative atmosphere and the individual innovation behavior of structural equation model and software such as SPSSl8.0 AMOS7.0 statistical data and questionnaires and factor analysis , structural equation modeling assumptions were verified .
