Abstract


The conventional VSP ??technology is the receiving system is placed in the wells observation , the ground inspire a well - ground exploration technology , it is reduced by at least half of the surface low speed with the attenuation of high-frequency signals , so that the seismic signals received than surface seismic higher resolution. In addition , due to the the wells receiving point precise positioning , the receiving device close to the target layer , so that it has an obvious advantage than the surface seismic in seismic velocity analysis , stratigraphic construct precise imaging and seismic attribute analysis , play surface seismic data calibration and correction role in the detection range to compensate for the lack of surface seismic data , and parameter information for surface seismic data processing , and data interpretation to provide a variety of information about the scale . Walkaway VSP (Walkaway VSP) technology is a the conventional VSP ??method of a special observing mode , the main difference with conventional VSP ??ground excitation point not one but a set of observation wells regular distribution of the linear array excitation point , stratum structure and purpose within a certain range of the Jingpang layer distribution characteristics of geological targets , it can be a number of coverage under the meaning of precise imaging plays an important role to the establishment well - shock relations , to carry out the evaluation and development of oil and gas reservoirs . Based on analyzes and discusses the basic theory and method of the VSP technology , the paper analyzed and discussed Walkaway VSP data acquisition , processing and interpretation technology and its application in oil field exploration and development , and its technical characteristics and difficult a more detailed discussion . In the use of oil field development block zero bias and variable offset VSP data , combined with the drilling of geological , logging , sets after the test, and production performance data as well as terrestrial 3D seismic data , and comprehensive analysis of the application of the VSP method , especially VSP role of the ruler of the data . In addition , information development block tense problems , the adaptability of the variety of reservoir parameters inversion method and seismic attribute parameters and elastic parameters application problems were analyzed . On this basis , the completion of the VSP well fine structure analysis and prediction of the fracture zone from seismic facies - sedimentary facies profiles predict seismic reservoir and interbeds the spread forecasts and reservoir containing fluid properties and distribution forecasts , proven the overall result is more reliable , has high practical value .
