Abstract
|
Organic electroluminescent devices has a wide viewing angle , fast response , self-luminous, high luminance and efficiency , and can achieve full-color display and flexible display , so much of the attention of the scientific community and industry . In this thesis, the steady-state current . Voltage method to study the organic material and its light-emitting diode device electrical transport properties of small molecules . First introduced the process of transmission of the carrier to determine the experimental measurement of carrier mobility space -charge-limited current (SCLC) method ; then based on the carrier mobility of organic materials for a variety of measurement methods research ; Finally, we use this single - doped and co-doped system , the system of carrier mobility and trap concentration with the doping concentration changes in the law and the characteristic energy of the system , while simple codoped system carrier the capture of the sub- transmission mechanism. Luminescence process and carrier transport process has an important internal relations , research carrier passed between the energy levels of different host-guest materials , and then find the two processes intrinsic physical mechanism , the major significance of the physical mechanisms profound understanding of light , and this work at home and abroad are few reports of great research value and space .
