Abstract


With the development of economic , social and demographic World urbanization gradually accelerated , the city continues to expand the scope of the increasingly complex problems faced by the urban construction management , these traditional urban planning and urban management poses a severe challenge . . Limited demand for land planning and management of construction land resources in line with the principles of saving and intensive . In order to adapt to changing circumstances , must be a means of using information technology to assist in the planning and management of urban construction land , to the full and effective use of land for construction resources .
