Abstract


Objiective : To evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of Hepatitis A+B combination vaccine and Japanese Encephalitis live attenuated vaccine in ICR mice.Methods: ICR mice were vaccinated with Hepatitis A+B combination vaccine and Japanese Encephalitis live attenuated vaccine at the same time. Adverse effects were observed after vaccination. The immunogenicity and histopathological were evaluated observation after 45 days.Results:the anti-HAV seroconversion rate was 90% in the group of mice immunized with the three vaccines, the anti-HBs seroconversion rate was 80% , the anti-JE seroconversion rate was 70%. No side effects were found, and no pathological lesions in liver and cerebellum were observed.Conclusion: Inoculation with three vaccines at the same time is safe and effective.
