Abstract


Stage-zoning filling of rock-fill dam is directly related to construction quality control, settlement deformation control, stability of the dam, construction progress control and so on in the construction of CFRD. It is particularly important to coordinate panel construction and dam filling, control dam settlement arising from the panel Void and cracking problems for 300m-Grade CFRD. In order to make the dam construction more economical and reasonable, it is necessary to study systemically and propose reasonable plan to optimize the construction process.Dam filling of high CFRD is a complex system, which is affected by construction diversion, materials supply, filling face, pre-settlement time, construction machinery, natural environment and other factors. Stage-zoning filling optimization of the dam filling is anon-linear, multi-parameter, multi-target, not for the complex issues. A mathematical model of the dam stage-zoning filling is established based on analysis on CFRD filling systems, grasping the key factors, simplifying the secondary factors. Then, it is solved by using PSO algorithm in the paper.The main research content and the achievement are as follows:1) The paper does research on the stage-zoning filling experience of high CFRD as Tianshengqiao, Hongjiadu, Sanbanxi and Shuibuya etc, and the relationship between the dam deformation and the filling face. The relevant parameters of Stage-zoning filling of rock-fill dam are summarized, which provide evidence for Stage-zoning filling optimization model of 300m-Grade CFRD.2) The influence factors in the dam filling and the relationship between the dam deformation and the filling face are studied profoundly and systemically. An optimization model of 300m-Grade CFRD filling is established, taking the dam construction intensity balanced as a goal, on the experience and the FEM analysis conclusion of 200 m-Grade CFRD filling.3) Because of the complexity of the model, PSO is chosen as a basic algorithm, using splicing, shear, insertion and variation of DNA for reference, using DNA fragments described the face of the dam area. Then the iterative operation is achieved, expanding the computation thought and the method of the PSO.4) An optimization software of stage-zoning filling of rock-fill dam is established with Visual C #. Then it is used in Gushui CFRD. And the optimum result has been obtained by calculating, which provides a scientific basis and reference for construction and proves that the method proposed in the paper is scientific and practical.
