Abstract


In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) develop rapidly, and play a very important role in national economy. However, the financing problem has always inhibited their development. Supply Chain Finance(SCF) is able to solve the SMEs’capital problem, which not only promote the development of SMEs, but in the mean time also have a positive effect on core enterprise, logistics enterprises and commercial banks. But as a new business, there’re some problems of our SCF practices. And because of the different national conditions, there’re some gaps and differences compares to developed countries.This paper starts from introducing the basic concepts of SCF, analyzes its characteristics, patterns and other related theories. Based on the theory of financial ecology, it extends in the concept of SCF ecology. Then from three aspects of development background, external environment and business development, this paper undertakes a comprehensive study of development of domestic and international SCF practices, to analyze and compare the difference between them, and to find the main problems in the domestic SCF practices. Then on the basis of contrast, this paper selects and lists typical domestic and foreign cases for further elaboration. At last, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of current domestic and international SCF situation, through drawing on the experiences of developed country, combined with China’s current SCF development situation, based on the frame of SCF ecology, this paper gives suggestions to the financial institutions, the third party supervision mechanism, government and enterprises.
