Abstract


With the coming of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the competition between corporations has changed to that between supply chains. However, it appears more and more asymmetric between the backward situation of supply chain and rapid development of advanced technology in recent years. This press for our research on supply chain restructure, establishing the dynamic and highly efficient supply chain to adapt to customer-oriented supply chain competition circumstance, and furthermore exploring the supplier shift theme.Based on the background of Military electronic industry and current research status of supply chain restructure at home and abroad, this thesis analyzes the supplier shift topic through three aspects: (1) Recognize the switching cost, risk and its prevention brought by the supplier shift project. (2) Establish the shift project process by 3 stages: new supplier preliminary survey and filter; comprehensive evaluation and selection system for the new and the existing suppliers based on AHP model; supplier grade classification. (3) With the help of LINDO software, establish the management group assignment model to provide the optimized personnel assignment scheme to support the project at transition period under limited cost and resource. This thesis summarizes a highly efficient supplier shift method through research and analysis of above three aspects, and this might systematically guide those enterprises who are researching for the ways of supplier shift project.
