Abstract


Choline chloride is a water-soluble cellulose , animal growth indispensable huge demand in the feed industry , choline chloride powder drying technology for product quality assurance and the development of the industry is essential . This paper, in order to achieve the scale of production of 15,000 tons / year content of 50% choline chloride powder preparation device for industrial applications as the goal, problems exist for large-scale choline chloride drying technology and equipment development , system technology research and equipment development mainly includes the following four aspects : 1 , the self-cleaning rotary cylinder drying device system , the basic working principle of this device , the cylinder of heat and mass transfer processes and the copy board structure , chain the structure and location were analyzed to determine the self-cleaning rotary cylinder choline chloride drying process calculation and design methods . 2 , through experimental study to determine the route of experimental techniques . Small test pilot choline chloride and industrialized experimental study of different speed , wind speed , air temperature of the drying process , determine the design basis . Device to determine the material and heat medium countercurrent contact cooling the closed drying process using a water-cooled rotary cylinder . 3, in the process of research and theoretical analysis on the basis of equipment research and development . Study the structure of the dryer design a reasonable copy board chain structure , the reasonable cooling equipment , and complete determination of the key components of the dryer , research and development of energy-saving , continuity , security and stability of the large-scale preparation of choline chloride powder device , it is good solution to the problem of deterioration of hot tack sticky wall of choline chloride in the drying process , chopping , caking , gelatinization . The successful production application , a company in Shandong to achieve the expected targets . 4 , conducted a study of large choline chloride powder preparation technologies and equipment for industrial applications . Engineering analysis of the feasibility and economic evaluation of the application of technology and equipment , and establish the basis for the further promotion of market applications . In this study, self-cleaning rotary dryer for choline chloride powder drying the heat sensitive materials , dry strength, to solve the problem of powder choline chloride in the drying process , and achieved good economic and social benefits .
