Abstract


In order to growing globalization, the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises in China, becoming the world’s manufacturing factories in the 21st century long foothold, more and more Chinese enterprises focused on lean production mode: they imported a lean production management, including Process optimization , just-in-time production, continuous improvement, etc, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the overall level of earnings, of course also unavoidable encounter all sorts of difficulties and challenges. Lean production is the Toyota motor company after decades of the practice basis, representing the development direction of modern manufacturing industry in the 21st century, known as the "standard of manufacturing production".Xin Li Hua company is the plating production enterprise of Sino, because of various reasons, now it is faced with a severe situation of the declining market share and the downturn economic benefits.The implementing of lean production is based on the comprehensive analysis of production and management, then identified to the basic idea,the objectives and principles of 1ean production, and then developed to implement specific measures on Barrel plating workshop’s : 1 . the realization of the ideological changes ,strengthen the leadership.2.Optimize the layout of production lines and logistics process line realize the balance and just-in-time of production.3.to implement the automatic quality management and to achieve a sustain improving of the product’s quality.4.to implement the activities of full staffs.in order to enhance the production efficiency, improve product quality, reduce product costs and form a culture atmosphere. Due to the implementation of lean produce in 2011,the Barrel plating workshop’s efficiency has improved .and the rate of failure product has dropped.This article also summarizes the experience and the lack of plating the lean production, and the depth of future efforts should be made to implementation of 1ean production and take the measures of the direction, with a view to continuous improvement and constant elevation.
