Abstract


Following the trend of the evolution in military theory, many nations, especially nations having strong military forces have given answers to the question of how to better speed up the thrift of the new-type military talents. In the year 2004, the senior officer of the Military Commission made the decision of deploying the policy of Diploma-study Concentrate, Occupational Training Divert among the military universities.Integrated Training cadets are conscripted to be the senior commanders of the forces in the future. For the tremendous requirement of scholastic performance and commanding abilities from these future commanders, military universities are the key factures to ensure the development of these cadets. The structure of the cadet squadron is considered to be the central element for the spirit and soul among the cadets, which has a deep influence in the thrift of the military cadets. The structure of the squadron decides the positions that can be offered to the cadets accumulating experiences of abilities in commanding and leadership.The author has done the following work to complete the essay:(1) The paper make the investigation starting from the angle of construction model in cadet squadron, and discuss the peccadillo in the on-going construct of them.(2) Applying the Cask theory to build up the mathematical model, the author analyze the statistics of academic achievements and physical training rates from two major-mixed cadets` squadrons, and a single grade cadet squadron for comparing.(3) The author also refer to the basic principles of the modern management theory, in the purpose of drawing conclusion to the investigation of the influence in the spirit of abeyance, the experience of academic competitions and management and the principle of the team, according to the materialist dialectics.(4) This paper makes the comparison among the four-grade-mixed with in one major squadron, two-grade-mixed with one major squadron and the single grade squadron with mixed majors by building up the mathematic model. (5) Due to the fatal influence by the construction of the squadron in the cultivation of the cadets, the investigation in the paper is associated with the Cask theory and the basic principles of the modern management theory, and finally the author suggests the new grade-mixed construction of the squadron.The author refers to the materialist dialectics and the statistics from the squadrons from the National University of Defense Technology, and makes a deep analysis into the mix-construction model, and draws the conclusion that the mix-construction policy is better than the non-mix-construction policy in the building of the cadets` squadron.
