In recent years,China’s large-scale social activities have been expanding,but the legal system is not perfect,and management system is imperfect,weak safety awareness,backward on security and other reasons,the various activities of the uncertainty increases,so that the corresponding risk activities increased and effective risk management is based on specific risks on the basis of full understanding,and therefore their understanding of various risks have to understand the causes and possible consequences on the implementation of effective risk management of the foundation role of large-scale activities to strengthen security on an urgent need work.This paper will assess the risk of the introduction of large-scale activities to the security risk assessment, the large-scale activities of the major risks,risk factors,risk assessment models,risk control measures have been studied.This paper first large-scale social activities on the nature study,an overview of the major activities of the definition,classification and characteristics of a large-scale social activities on the security objectives.Its risk assessment study on the theory,introduced a large-scale activities and to compare commonly used evaluation theory.On the large-scale social activities of the major risk of accidents in recent years the frequency and consequences of the statistical analysis,summarized the four main types of risk,and based on this,from the environment,people,management,equipment and facilities, such as the point of release,in-depth analysis of specific risk factors.With the actual situation in China is established in line with China’s national conditions,including natural factors,human factors,equipment,facilities, management factors such as four-level indicators,10 two indicators,28 three major indicators of social activities Evaluation system and application-level analysis,fuzzy way to establish a large-scale evaluation of the safety evaluation system activities.Currently,the safety of large-scale social activities of a relatively small study,this paper carried out large-scale activities for risk assessment,control,management provided the basis for large-scale activities of the accident prevention,emergency management and control of a reference and reference value.
