Abstract


The health is each people yearns for with the pursue goal, but the psychologically healthy is also the optimum condition which the modern people mood develops. University student as our country society in cultural level high community, high level talent’s reserve forces, regarding our country future development pivotal function. Their psychologically healthy question receives social the widespread attention. Because the modern society rhythm of life speeds up, the competition for talent is intense, the study, the life duty unceasingly aggravate, the university student faces each pressure are getting more and more, is getting bigger and bigger, the psychologically healthy question already became the primary cause which the university student discontinues studies. Therefore, how to promote university student’s psychologically healthy already to become the topic which the medicine, the psychology, the pedagogy and the sports study and so on various disciplines institute paid attention together.“Combination psychology teaching method”the construction is a very meaningful work. The author using the literature material law, the expert interview law formation“the combination psychology teaching method”, and has carried on the standarder experiment examination using the cut-and-try method to this combined method. Through“combination psychology teaching method”the research, has analyzed the university student psychologically healthy characteristic.“the combination psychology teaching method”is take constructs the principle theory of learning and other correlation theories as the support, forms take the original sports teaching series teaching method as the foundation. UPI and SCL-90 as the main measuring tool, as is tried take 140 university students the object to carry on the preliminary experiment. The experimental result indicated:“the combination psychology teaching method”has certain influence to the university student psychologically healthy.To aspects and so on university student’s human communication, social adaptation, enterprising spirit, self-confidence, alleviation pressure, mood adjustment have the very good improvement, has direct or the indirect promoter action to university student’s psychologically healthy.
