Abstract


The cultivation of morality to minority nationality talents,is one special moral education process. China is a multi-nation country.It faces many trickiness problems on training minority nationality high-level special talents. On training qualified ,patriotic and political reliable national excellent talents,the cultivation of morality is in the first place. Research on cultivating of morality to minority nationality talents,is both one important policy practice subject and one complex moral education theory.The institutionalization on training the morality to minority nationality talents,is one of main contents on studing ideological and political education subject.This essay relys on the moral education institution theoretical view to training our minority nationality talents. Analysis on the foundation of moral education institution to minority nationality talents,comprehensive using syndrome differentiation and materialism, analytical method, document method, summary method,and so on.System study on moral education institution to tranining minority nationality talents.It concatenates the minority nationality special characteristics and their cultivation system on morality. Seeking the law of nurturance on the morality to training minority nationality talents.
