Abstract


At present, many teachers are devoting themselves to middle vocation education in our country, they lack opportunities of afresh accepting the system study of innovation knowledge and developing educational methodology and ideas of education,it is essential and pressing to enhance education and training of teachers.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is to state background, to state situation of the current developing, to state content and methodology about education and training of teachers. It is also to point out the meaning of education and training of teachers in middle vocational schools .The second part is to discuss conception of education and training of teachers, to introduce the correlation theories about education and training of teachers. The third part is to analyze the current status of education and training of teachers by studying literature and datum, questionnaire collecting, telephone interview. The fourth part is to introduce general situation of education and training of teachers in Germany and Japan, to sum up their useful experiences and revelations. The fifth part is to point out how to improve education and training of teachers in middle vocational schools in our country. According to the existence problem and its reason analytical foundation up, it is to put forward a homologous counterplan, such as abundant the teacher train contents, organize training and self-examination to stir up allied move, establishment the long-term in the teacher develop programming etc.The standpoint of this paper: Education and training of teachers in middle vocational schools should the profession and humanities raises also, applying to combine with farsighted programming at present, organizing training and self-examination to stir up allied move.
