Abstract


In recent years, the Short Message Service has been involved in all aspects of life due to the rapid development of the Short Message Service. With the technology advances and changes in user demand, the short message subscribers continue to expand. More and more enterprises are active in the development of application systems and related message interface platform to provide users with a comprehensive solution. This research work comes from the national important scientific project, " the integrated monitor ziwu chain of space environment in the ground of the Eastern Hemisphere (referred to as ZIWU project)." The main research work in this article are as follows:(1) Discuss the development of Short Message Service and the network structure of wired access technologies among the SMS applicati ons. Moreover, the SMS Gateway of the intermediate nodes in the network structure and its related application technology are discussed in detail.(2) Analyse the user needs in accordance with the order of the simple to the detailed. First, the introduction of the system’s overall functional requirements are analyzed and summarized; then the form of use case diagram showing the functional requirements of the various subsystems.(3) Propose and design a warning message platform architecture generally on the basis of the way of various wired access and the demand of message platform. The functional modules of management system, log auditing and warning previously in the platform are devided, so it is clear to know the user-oriented types of various functional modules and the functions which should be achieved.(4) According to the general design of the system’s guiding principle, the composition of different parts, the functions and interfaces of the sub-systems are analysed, designed and realized in detail in the message warning platform. In addtion, various function modules, database and the corresponding library are designed and carried out.
