Abstract


With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry , the increasingly fierce competition between telecom operators . In order to pre-emptive competition , companies will increasingly need to have a set of powerful business data analysis system , to analyze the various problems in the telecommunications business , the large amount of data into reliable decision support information for the effectively help enterprises make correct decisions . Telecom companies have a large number of user data , how to accurately analyze these data implied in knowledge , to provide users with better products and services , and become the most important issue facing policy makers . The telecommunications industry has accumulated a large number of business operations data for the establishment of a data warehouse to provide the basis of an objective to achieve . Seen in the telecommunications industry to establish a data warehouse system has important application value . This paper describes the purpose and content of the research background , as well as research . Secondly, the data warehouse , data warehouse modeling techniques and data mining technology for in-depth study and analysis . Re-analysis of the data warehouse system in the domestic telecom enterprises to design a conceptual model and logical model of the data warehouse in the telecommunications industry . Then study the problem of loss of customers , draw a reliable analysis of the loss . This paper focuses on the design of the conceptual model of the telecommunications industry in data warehouse logical model , on this basis for off-grid customers , according to a different theme analysis validation summed related to property and loss of off-grid , off-grid summed churn the main reason for the market sector targeted to retain and provide evidence .
