Abstract


In the current society , the real estate market there is excessive investment growth , the structure is not reasonable , the price rose too fast . Currently, many domestic cities established a real estate management information systems to meet the business process needs . However , the system is a general lack of the the effective dynamic monitoring of the real estate market and effective supply of real estate research . In order to strengthen macroeconomic monitoring of the real estate market , you need to create a GIS - based intelligent system of property - government , its aims through scientific analysis of the data of the real estate market , to make an accurate judgment of the market conditions and trends , and to strengthen the government's macro - control , timely processing and resolving problems. Timely market information to the social and guide the market rational investment and consumption , so as to promote the real estate market remained healthy and stable development . The goal of this study is to establish the component GIS system based on EJB technology . With the development of GIS technology , the development of GIS systems become more complex , the reusability of the GIS system becomes very low , and the emergence of component GIS to solve this problem . This article first in-depth study of the characteristics and development trend of GIS systems , and compare several current GIS development technology derived the EJB component technologies in the development of GIS systems have certain advantages , determine the development of EJB technology - based group piece GIS system , and the system is applied to real estate -government system . Secondly, an understanding of the real estate business of the government system demand , provide data charting capabilities of GIS - based system , is conducive to the real estate units to improve office efficiency . Finally , this paper presents the GIS system based on EJB component technology structure model , and build applications based on this model . The GIS system uses a four-tier structure , provide GIS data charts and other components , not only to solve the limitations of traditional GIS reusable and functional , but also for real estate work , and also had a higher economic efficiency , with high economic and practical .
