Abstract


Since the 1980s, the bank insurance as a product of financial integration and a new institutional arrangements, today's international insurance industry has become an important development trend. Environment of increasing competition of globalization and the WTO, China's banking industry will face even greater impact, faced with an urgent task to enhance the core competitiveness. Bancassurance is one of the effective ways to increase the intermediate business of commercial banks, will also be of great significance to improve the bank's core competitiveness. With the policy of merging of banks and insurance companies relaxation, our bank insurance is bound to usher in yet another peak. Agricultural Bank of China is the first to enter the field of bancassurance in the four state-owned banks, but there are increasingly losing the status of a \Therefore, in this context of the development of the bancassurance development of the Agricultural Bank of China has important practical significance.
