Abstract


Finance is the core of modern economy , commercial banks are the main body of China 's financial industry . Since the September 10, 2002 , China formally joined the World Trade Organization , the increasingly fierce competition in international trade , the areas of the economy , including banking , are faced with great opportunities and challenges . In this situation , the domestic financial system should speed up the pace of reform to achieve a higher leap in the promotion of strategic development . Minsheng Bank as our first national joint-stock commercial bank shares by non-public enterprises , because of its specificity and representative , more needs to formulate correct development strategies to ensure the long-term development of the enterprise . In this paper, Minsheng Bank branch in Fuzhou as the object of study, commenced a systematic study of its development strategy . This paper introduces the background of the paper , a more in-depth analysis of the current situation and development trend of China's banking industry today . On the basis of the analysis in the economic environment and the financial sector of the Fuzhou area , summed up the main target customers of the business of Minsheng Bank branch in Fuzhou . Through the SWOT analysis method to analyze the the Minsheng Bank Fuzhou Branch of business within the market competition advantages, disadvantages , and external opportunities and threats , the main business of Minsheng Bank and potential competitors . Finally, Minsheng Bank branch in Fuzhou business development strategic objectives and the company's allocation of resources , strategic planning and implementation of performance evaluation , reform and innovation .
