Abstract


City Branch of Bank of China Limited A is located in the southeast of the coastal open cities , the retail lending business line offered so far under the guidance of the retail lending business strategy of the Bank of China since 1999 , has been the formation of a more perfect system for banks the overall business development has made ??important contributions . But with the joint-stock reform of state-owned banks in recent years, the introduction of market competition mechanism , at the end of 2006 to fulfill its WTO commitments to full liberalization of the domestic financial market , the Bank's retail loan business is facing tough competition in the market . This article by analysis of the City Branch of Bank of China Limited A retail loan business in which the macro environment and industry environment, and internal resources situation , the competition in the retail lending business line strategy and the proposed retail loans cost leadership and differences of the combination of the hybrid strategy . Recommended on the product and business management system through the integration of resources to minimize costs and positioning in the market , select target market competitive differentiation strategy for high-end quality customers to fully implement differentiated marketing strategy implementation .
