Abstract


Success of the War of Resistance against Japan, for the Chinese nation’s survival and development and progress of world civilization has significant and far-reaching significance. In the War of Resistance against Japan, the Chinese Communist Party has gradually become the fight against Japanese invaders, leading the Chinese revolution win the core strength. Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the War of Resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China led the people to fight Japanese imperialist aggression of the command center. Anti-Japanese War under the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region’s economic development activities are at the party’s right under the guidance of fiscal policy, which not only greatly enhanced the economic strength of the border areas, but also after the founding of the cause of building socialism with essential reference.In this paper, in order to enrich the history of detailed information, through the War of Resistance Against Japan in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, industrial, financial, commercial trade, postal and other fields of traffic the development, analysis of the border in different periods of the causes of financial and economic policy changes and the achievements, and summarized the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Economic Development lessons learned, provide the development of the socialist economic enlightenment.
