Abstract


Since the 1990s , the BPR become a hot topic in management community , known as the following TQM another revolution in business management . Thinking of BPR is the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of the business processes of the enterprise , changes in the competitive environment and customer needs , and reengineering business processes . BPR implementation inevitable requirement to change the organizational structure of the enterprise to completely break the boundaries of traditional corporate functions , and build process , the organizational structure of the team working the way . At present , domestic and foreign academic circles in process reengineering and organizational change quite a lot of discussion and study , and achieved great results , but still little research on the mechanism of the interaction between process reengineering and organizational structural change . This article combined business case study collaborative process reengineering and organizational change mechanism is in the field at this stage has a theme of academic significance and practical value . This paper first introduces the research background , research purposes and research significance , research will be the main method used and the main content of the study . The second part of process reengineering , organizational change and the basic theories of both collaborative reviewed . On this basis , the third part of this paper is analyzed from the point of view of the rigid organizational structure , the rigid process reengineering organizational structure , proposed four dimensions of organizational rigidity : formalization, centralization , integration complicate be process reengineering different impact . The fourth part of the research process reengineering of the role of the organizational structure changes , and by the importance of organizational structure - two - dimensional model of organizational processes analysis, enterprise organizational restructuring process-based method . Section 5 describes the supporting role of the organizational environment, optimization of process reengineering : Information Systems Business Process Reengineering \related to the success or failure of process reengineering ; corporate culture conducive to support and promote the further changes . Part VI of this paper on the basis of the previous theoretical analysis , case studies , support the conclusions of the paper .
