Abstract


In the economic globalization, competition among enterprises become more intense. Attention to corporate social responsibility has become a modern enterprise competition in the new trend. In recent years, some enterprises in the development of our country in harm and even to ignore the interests of society and others when the situation has happened, according to market integrity management deficiencies, and strengthen corporate social responsibility has been the common concern of people. How to understand corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility analysis of missing institutional reasons, to build our country of corporate social responsibility mechanisms, corporate social responsibility for the system design, to build a resource-conserving, environment-friendly, people and nature live in harmony and harmonious society, with importance.As economic globalization continues to improve, the degree of interdependence among enterprises increasing, enterprises as a "society" and any of its acts are no longer are individual acts of will on society and the socio-economic impact. Therefore, the traditional economics that emphasize only the economic function of business, only the pursuit of profit maximization as the ultimate goal of enterprises have been unable to compete with the modern concept of socio-economic development of internationalization, diversification requirements, enterprises should assume a certain degree of social responsibility, but the enterprise social responsibility commitment to put into the scope of its obligations. CPC National Congress in particular has been put forward: implementing the scientific development concept, building a harmonious society, people insist to accelerate the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society has been accompanied by the responsibility of the international community in recent years, surging in the sport, SA8000 certification standards of social responsibility go into our country, each seeking sustainable development needs of businesses must re-examine their own behavior, and earnestly consider the question of social responsibility.This paper described the concept of corporate social responsibility began to explore, in turn, introduced foreign enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities by the situation, and then explain the implementation of China’s enterprises the status of corporate social responsibility, the problem and its causes, on the basis of a detailed description of our corporate social responsibility of the implementation of and to explore the implementation of countermeasures.
