Abstract


Business Process Reengineering is an important issue in the production and management of modern enterprises , in recent years , an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of domestic enterprises . Business Process Reengineering ( BPR ) to customer demand -oriented , the pursuit of process re-engineering process to create new value . With the implementation of mergers and acquisitions , business environment and regulatory environment has undergone major changes . One hand , after the reorganization of enterprises need to integrate , on the other hand , need to enhance their own performance through process reengineering and core competitiveness . According to statistics, the domestic business process reengineering success rate is not high . The reason is , on the one hand, due to the identification and analysis of enterprise in reality there is a deviation , process reengineering tool application defects ; On the other hand , ignoring the flexibility of process reengineering , blind pursuit of large-scale , comprehensive process reengineering . In this paper, a telecommunications industries and enterprises in the region in great changes in the context of the restructuring , the implementation of real-world examples of business process reengineering process , try to sum ??up a viable , flexible implementation process reengineering , and try to summarize multiple changes in external factors the BPR work under some of the characteristics of the concept , organization , methods , environmental recognition , as well as the response to it . This article uses the process reengineering basic theory of the status quo of enterprise - specific processes Analysis , optimization and verification process , the rational use of process reengineering technology tools is an ongoing process of restructuring the telecommunications industry business process reengineering , and process reengineering short-term performance statistics and comparison . In this paper, the empirical analysis based on the proposed restructuring of enterprises should be considered in the specific context of flexible process reengineering
