Abstract


As the“head”of the offshore oil project, the engineering design is permeated from the beginning to the end, and supplies guarantee of the design for the successful implementation and production of the whole project, so the design management and design quality management play the most important role in the offshore oil project.The ideas and ways of TQM (Total Quality Management) have the good application in offshore oil engineering design. Through defining the quality aim and PDCA process, utilizing the variety processes and ways of the design stages, we can achieve the design quality aim, satisfy the requirements of the owner, code and standard.This thesis will study the present situation, analyze the existing problem, and put forward the necessity of the design quality management in offshore oil project. The thesis also expatiate systematically the procedure, process and the work requirement which will be used to achieve the design aim of quality control during the offshore oil project design stage. The thesis analyzes the existing problem in the design quality process during the design earlier stage, design stage and later stage respectively, and puts forward the corresponding ideas, which has practical meaning to ensure the design quality and accomplish the offshore oil project successfully. At the same time, this thesis analysis design management in Jidong Nanpu No.1 platform basic design process.Compared with the international large offshore oil engineering design company at present, our offshore oil design also has the big gap in management mode and the operation way. To accomplish engineering design management modernization, improve the design level, we must study earnestly and use the advanced management experience of the international large offshore oil engineering design company for reference, make the idiographic measure and continually summarize in the practice.
