Abstract


Energy auditing is a foundation of the energy utilization. The theory of auditing comes from auditing practice. The theory of auditing guides and predicts auditing practice. With the constant improvement of the theory of auditing, the auditing practice will be more and more perfect.At present, there is still relatively little theoretical research of energy auditing in our country, the breadth and depth of theoretical research are still poor. Because of energy auditing lacks systematicness, regulatory and perspective, it just leaves energy management staff larger space to promote energy auditing in our country.The thesis analyses the range and function in the theory of energy auditing. It has analyzed and answered to the problem that faced in enterprise energy auditing and business strategy energy auditing. It has carried on innovative studying to the function of energy auditing, has increased the realistic function which is promote enterprises to adjust the energy structure through energy auditing, and offer effective support for the enterprises to make medium and long-term energy strategically planning. Meanwhile, through researching how enterprises utilize the new energy and renewable energy, offering reference for energy auditing of enterprises. This is very essential to enterprises. Especially under the background of the whole country launch "Energy saving and emissions reduction" at present, and the traditional consumption structure of energy faces the severe challenge, the renewable energy will become main share in the energy composition in the future. More and more evidences indicate, as a kind of limited resource, the fossil fuel will be substituted by the renewable energy in the future. Only invest a large amount of fund on the research and development of the renewable energy technology; we can utilize renewable energy on a large scale through the effective popularization means. With the development of the new energy and renewable energy, they will replace the position of traditional fossil energy in the future. It needs the policy and regulation method to promote in the course of development. The thesis proposes innovational that we can utilize enterprise energy auditing to promote the development of the renewable energy. This is not only an experiment to expanding the function and range of audits, but also an experiment to utilize the renewable energy in enterprises.
