Abstract


The corporate culture is a new type of management theory , and whether and how to apply this theory in construction enterprises in order to promote the further development of construction enterprises , the main problem of this study . In this paper, based on the summary of the research results of domestic and international corporate culture , corporate culture definition, analysis of its structure , type and function , and pointed out that the desire to play the internal and external functions of the corporate culture , the need for the construction of corporate culture . United States, Japan is the world's first country to study and construction of corporate culture , In order to better learn from their success stories , the United States, Japan , the three countries in corporate culture characteristics were compared on a misunderstanding of Chinese corporate culture the analysis to provide a reference for the research and construction of corporate culture construction enterprises , and pointed out the direction . Construction enterprise 's corporate culture as a branch of the corporate culture , a common corporate culture , and at the same time , and with great particularity . Based on the synthesis and analysis of characteristics of the corporate culture of the rule of construction enterprises , listed the achievements of the MCC building corporate culture construction shortcomings as well as the construction of the misunderstanding , pointed out that the culture of the whole of the construction enterprises in China is still in a primitive unconscious , spontaneous state , and pointed out that the rule of construction enterprises have the prerequisite for the building of enterprise culture , and research should follow the principles of the MCC building corporate culture construction and overall countermeasures and suggestions .
