Abstract


In the age of knowledge economy, how to reasonably organize knowledge and quickly obtain useful knowledge has become a critical factor for enterprises to strengthen competitiveness. Nevertheless, in the enterprise, knowledge is always dispersed among different places and in all kinds of ways, i.e., document, manuals, human mind, information management software, etc. As a result, knowledge is not effectively used due to lack of effective means of knowledge integration. Based on the project entitled "Research on knowledge management platform supporting design of complex product" and the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program) entitled "Research on collaborative establishment and management system for patent resource", this paper proposed the framework of knowledge integration based on knowledge map, which applied web2.0 technology to knowledge management to achieve collaborative establish of ontology, dynamic expansion of knowledge map and knowledge organization.The order of presentation is as follow:Chapter 1 introduced the background of this work and extant problems in enterprise knowledge integration. The literatures on knowledge integration and knowledge map were reviewed and analyzed. At the end of this chapter, the main content and architecture of this paper were proposed base on ontology technology and web2.0 theory.Chapter 2 analyzed the structures of knowledge map, and proposed the model of ontology and knowledge map based on object-oriented thinking. It also discussed collaborative establishment of ontology and knowledge association by means of web2.0 methods.Chapter 3 proposed the framework of knowledge integration based on knowledge map, and analyzed the process of knowledge acquisition, organization, standardization, transfer and utilization. It also discussed the integration of tacit knowledge based on knowledge map, and analyzed semantic web technology for knowledge integration.Chapter 4 introduced the design of knowledge integration system based on knowledge map from several perspectives, which were the functional models, system architecture and hardware requirements. Furthermore, the key support technologies were discussed.Chapter 5 introduced an example of application of knowledge integration system in a domestic military enterprise.Chapter 6 summarized the main research content and innovations in the whole text, and analyzed the remaining problem and research work in future.
