Abstract


Along with the economic development, there are a lot of issues, such as information asymmetry, the existence of a large number of islands of information, not uniform of customer data, increasing the dynamics and complexity of the information management of commercial bank.From the background and trend of the current search engine development, this article uses Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) technology, developing search engine for information search and manage problems of commercial bank.First the overview for search engine system describes the process of search engine technology, applications and research significance and discusses problems and defects of the traditional search engine technology. On the basis of the analysis and research for problems appeared in high-tech enterprise, we mainly clarify that coordination office management is one of an effective way to solve a series of information problems in commercial bank, such as asymmetric information.While we introduce the related concepts and basic ideas of knowledge management system and coordination office of high-tech enterprise, we focus on discussing design methods and processes and procedures of implementation of knowledge search engine system based on the SharePoint platform, deeply analyzing and elaborating advantages and characteristics of the system as well as the MOSS search engine architecture, discriminating two the most important development mode of the MOSS 2007, development based on Object Model and development based on MOSS 2007 Web Service.And then combining with the actual situation of high-tech enterprises of Zhaoshang bank, the writer put forward the targeted knowledge search engine solution, establishing the knowledge management system and knowledge search engine based on SharePoint, and group digital cooperative system of high-tech companies of Zhaoshang bank as the research object, we describe the architecture and functional structure of knowledge search engine management system. In this article, we use SharePoint Designer design workflow and deploy it to a document library and content, and analyze the key technologies used in the system, and carry out using SharePoint coding.Through the analysis and research of full-text, we develop the framework and template of search engine based on a workflow specification and tailored to real need of commercial banks.MOSS as a framework, this search engine system provides a model for the development of search engine system of business bank.
