Abstract


With the military application of scientific technology, especially the information technology, the model of warfare is changing. Information will to be the most important factor in the future battlefield. Miliraty information system is the important corporeal foundation in getting information advantage, actualizing warfare commanding and maneuvers effectively in information war. The mechanism of service reservation is one of the key techniques in military information system. This paper puts forward mechanism of service reservation based on military-requirement- grade for dealing with the problem of resourse utilization efficiency and benefit maximization. The main contents of this dissertation include:(1) Military- requirement - gradeThe military- requirement–grade is an important corporeal foundation in military information system. Although the priority queuing has been used in military information system, the grade compartmentalization was so coarsely that it can’t distinguish the military users’requirement degree. The military- requirement-grade evaluates the military users from three classes which contains seven indexes, and uses the vartable weigth analyse method to compute the users final scoring. The multi- evaluation makes sure that the users who need the service more peremptorily can obtain the usufruct of the service earlier, and also achieves the aim that maximize the benefit with limit resource.(2) The mechanism of service schedule based on military- requirement–grade in military information system.Globus Architecture for Reservation and Allocation(GARA) is a common tool of dealing with the resourse reservation. Using for reference of GARA and combine with the frame of grid resourse management, this paper puts forward the mechanism of service reservation based on the military-requirement-grade, and explains the flow of the mechanism. Followed by a proposed mechanism based on the mechanism of service reservation.(3) The queuing system of service reservation based on the military- requirement–gradeThe queuing system of service reservation based on the military- requirement–grade is the emphasis of the mechanism of service reservation. Combined with existing research, this paper puts forward the model of the queuing system of service reservation based on the military- requirement–grade. Then we validated the validity of the model by editing MATLAB program, and analysed the connection between service intensity and the number of information desk. Last, we analysed the running index of the model, which could direct the deployment of military information service.
