Abstract


As networks and software technology development, information technology increasingly being applied to the production and management. Use of technology to the open garden resource information, timeliness, and can be shared is the trend in garden management, the establishment of a network of functional garden management information system has a very important significance.Dongying garden management information system was built in 2008, including green GPS management and office information management, the latter as the background to complete this article. Paper reviews the development and management of domestic gardens, analyzed the garden management information system problems, a comprehensive understanding of application requirements in Dongying City park management under the premise for the establishment of a garden office for Dongying management information system.The main contents are:(1) Analysis of the landscape development of information system applications and development trends of the management information system in the urban landscape management application features.(2) Gives a detailed analysis of the system, including the functional requirements and no-functional requirements.(3) On completion of needs analysis, gives a preliminary design of the system, including:the choice of system architecture, system development platform of choice. A detailed system design and architecture design functions.(4) Based on the preliminary design of the system, gives the logic model design of the database and gives the detailed design of the email management and the system main interface.(5) Gives the realization process of a few primary function of the system.Features of this article and Innovation:(1) Uses the open source mail server, and uses the database to achieve the secondary classification of email management.(2) Establishes a flexible process management system by the specific needs of the system, manager can change the process flexibly. (3) Implements the upload feature by calling the function of the FTP.
