Abstract


Having solved a series of practical problems of undefined scope, decentralizing service resource, imperfect information security mechanism and impractical service function effectively, based on the actual requirements of management works from "China Weifang" government websites, and in accordance with advanced design concepts and development technologies, Weifang Municipal People’s Livelihood Service System is created to provide the public IMIS of service navigation and service resources covering more than fields of education, employment, social insurance, medical treatment and housing, with the purpose of achieving the humanized service and resource management of livelihood key areas and improving the people’s livelihood standard.With object-oriented thoughts adopted and UML as analysis and design tools, this thesis makes demand analysis and system design related to the resource management process of people’s livelihood service, and according to the characteristics of system and customers to form two architectural patterns of B/S and C/S, the system is built with architectural patterns of SOA in function, architecture of J2EE in technology, programming languages of JSP、JAVA in programming. XML collocation, Web 2.0 concerning AJAX development and rapid original model development and technology based on the application support layer and the cyclical iteration model are adopted for the achieve the functions of divisional management, scene and navigation management, content and resource management, template management, users and rights management. In the area of security, system-based resource management role in the competence of management, enhance the operation of the system’s security. Humanized service navigation interface from foreground can be available to information and online service, and the complete business processing interface operation or data query from internal system can realize the data sharing to the external system. A detailed description in overall business, business process and business requirements are made in the analysis of system requirement covering education, employment, social insurance, medical treatment and housing with the concerning business modes provided. Taking the employment for example, it gives priority to analyzing the service scope and service resources in the occupational skills, job placement, labor rights and starting one’s own business, describing the system design of overall logic structure, system data stream design, data interface design, data structure design, code design and interface function in detail, so as to attain the design class and database models. Rule engine is used to solve complex business description, divide the business regulation with actual code and reprocess the data, then apply to the government website of "China Weifang" through the data transferred from XML collocation Website.So far, the system has been in good condition with certain results, and integration of people’s livelihood resources and livelihood service ability of government apartments have been enhanced.
